Welcome to the Holy Name of Mary RCIA blog. I am hoping that this blog will allow me to share information with all of you easily such as the calendar, presentation material, links of interest, and information about changes to the schedule. There is a link to the calendar on the right under Class Organization which allows you to see the upcoming topics we will be discussing. I plan to keep this up to date as we move through the year so if anyone misses a night or two they can always keep in sync. Also to the right, there will be links which will allow you to download the presentation materials if you desire. I will try to post these before each class, probably on Monday nights. There is also a list of recommended links which can be of use to anyone new to the Catholic faith who seeks more information. If anyone has recommendations for this list, please share.
Finally, you may want to join the blog as a follower which will allow you to receive emails whenever there is a new post. All you do is enter your email address in the window at the top right of the page. The blog is set up so that anyone can make comments to a post, but only certain people can create new posts. If anyone would like to make posts, please let me know your email address and I will set it up.
I hope this blog will go beyond just sharing the calendar and few links and will become a tool for sharing our faith with one another. Feel free to comment on discussion topics you would like to have included in RCIA, questions on the Catholic faith that arise in between sessions, or anything else you feel might be of interest to others in the program.
